Unclear priorities
Many ideas, but no clear decision about which process should change first.
Fractional AI Transformation Lead
I help management identify the highest-value AI opportunities, create a clear roadmap and lead implementation—from the business process to employee adoption.
Strategic leadership from two days per month. Vilnius, Kaunas and remote.
The problem
Tools are purchased faster than processes change. Without shared priorities, ownership and measurement, AI remains a collection of disconnected trials.
Many ideas, but no clear decision about which process should change first.
Management, IT, vendors and employees move at different speeds.
It is difficult to distinguish operational improvement from an impressive demo.
A new tool rarely becomes a daily process without a change in working methods.
My role
I do not start with a preferred platform. I start with the process, expected outcome, available data, risks and the people who will use it.
Management and employee interviews, recurring-work analysis and bottleneck discovery.
Comparison of value, effort, data, risk and dependencies.
A 90-day plan, ownership, decision points and measurable criteria.
Alignment of management, departments, IT and external specialists.
Working-method changes, AI literacy, human approvals and risk controls.
Clear information for the owner or CEO about results, constraints and next decisions.
Engagement model
Intensive enough to make decisions and start delivery, without hiring a full-time AI transformation executive.
Four to five working days to assess the situation and establish direction.
Target: two reserved working days per month, on-site or remote.
After the initial term: ongoing monthly leadership. Additional work: EUR 120/hour or EUR 800/day + VAT, subject to prior approval.
Implemented in practice
I built and operated a workflow that structures role criteria, sources and evaluates candidates, manages LinkedIn invitations and prepares contextual reply suggestions.
An AI-prepared response is sent to the candidate only after recruiter confirmation. Confirmations and rejections are recorded.
Practical examples
I assess the business outcome, integrations, data, risks, need for human approval and long-term maintenance.
Source collection, relevance scoring, drafting and publishing only after human approval.
Market analysis, structured data, reports, PDFs and working projects in one environment.
Recurring checks and notifications only when a meaningful change is detected.
